Art at Piedmont Henry

Since 2013, local artists have displayed works at Piedmont Henry Hospital under the theme – “Art of Healing”. Paintings are placed in the hallways and waiting areas of the hospital’s Emergency Department and stay in place for six months when new pieces are brought in to display.

Displays will be put in place in February and August, When you are in the hospital, please see these works by local artists. There are several pieces by ten artists. Each captures the imagination in its own way. Most are done in acrylics but there are some photographs, too. Each is marked with the artists’ name and contact information and is for sale. Henry Arts Alliance and The Visual Arts Collective get a small percentage of any piece sold that goes to the continuing mission of exposing our community to the arts.
